Returns & Refunds
Return requests, exchanges, problem goods, refund timing and statutory withdrawal rights.
Change-of-Mind / Normal Return
For eligible non-defective items, request a return within 14 calendar days after receipt. The customer pays the return shipping cost. Items may be required to be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with original tags where applicable.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect / Incomplete
For problem goods, the merchant pays the applicable return shipping cost. Applicable statutory rights for non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
EU Statutory Withdrawal
Where EU distance-selling rules apply, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal without giving a reason. The customer may bear return shipping where this responsibility was clearly disclosed before purchase.

Exchanges
Direct exchanges are supported. For a wrong-size preference, change of mind, personal preference or other non-defective exchange, the customer pays both the return shipping cost and the replacement shipment cost. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant pays the applicable return shipping cost and replacement shipping cost.
No restocking fee is charged.
EU Original Delivery Cost
When an EU consumer validly exercises an applicable statutory right of withdrawal, the standard original delivery cost must be reimbursed where required by consumer law. If the customer paid the website’s standard shipping fee of 6$ and that amount is the standard delivery cost that must be reimbursed under applicable law, it will be included in the statutory reimbursement.
If the customer chose a more expensive delivery option than the least expensive standard delivery offered, the supplementary amount above the least expensive standard delivery cost does not have to be reimbursed where applicable law permits.
Refund Timeline and Method
For standard approved refunds, our internal processing target is within 7 business days after the returned goods are received and the necessary review is completed. A bank, card issuer or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund. This internal target does not extend, reduce or replace any mandatory statutory refund deadline.
For an applicable EU statutory withdrawal, reimbursement follows the mandatory statutory deadline. Where permitted by law, reimbursement may be withheld until the returned goods are received or the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first under the applicable rule. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method.
Exceptions Where Applicable
If made-to-order, custom-made or clearly personalised goods are offered in the future, such goods may fall within a statutory withdrawal exception where applicable law permits. This does not remove rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect goods, merchant production errors or other mandatory statutory consumer rights.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.
