Payment Methods
Card payment information, authorization, declines, taxes, refunds and safe payment communication.
Primary card brands: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Stripe and the relevant payment networks. Additional payment options may be available where displayed on the Payment or Checkout page. The methods displayed at checkout for a transaction take priority.
Payment Authorization
Your card issuer or payment provider may approve, decline or request additional verification for a transaction. An authorization may be separate from final settlement depending on the payment flow.
Payment Declines
If a payment is declined, review the information entered and contact your bank or card issuer where appropriate. Customer support cannot override a card issuer’s authorization decision.
Payment Security
Payments are handled through secure payment-processing mechanisms in the checkout flow. Do not send a full card number, CVV, CVC, PIN or other card security code through ordinary customer-service email.
Taxes and Currency
Displayed product prices include applicable tax according to the website’s pricing configuration. The website currency symbol is $. Customs duties and import charges, where applicable, are separate from product-price tax treatment.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Our internal processing target is within 7 business days after returned goods are received and the necessary review is completed, subject to mandatory statutory refund deadlines.
